Took my vitamins, etc. . . . AWESOME!
Didn't over-do it (I've been a slacker and don't want to injure) . . . GOOD!
Did my circuit training . . . WOOHOO!
Made (overall) healthy choices . . . ROCK ON!
Could have avoided the donut, but whatever. I only had half anyway. :o) Just enough to indulge my sweet tooth. I'm proud of my choices today.
And I remembered to take my glucosamine!! Woohoo! No rundown knees here!!!
